We are to be able to offer the following pies from producers who really care what goes into their pies

fish pie
This fabulous pie is made with
cod, salmon and smoked haddock
mixed in a delicious bechamel sauce.
Topped with fuffly mash and a little
farmhouse cheddar.
All fish is sourced from sustainable stocks.

pm pie - free range beef steak, kidneys,
fresh herbs and ale in lovely pastry

chicken of aragon pie - free range british chicken,
 smokey bacon, roast garlic,
vermouth and tarragon in lovely pastry

Preheat oven to 200C.
Bake large fish pie for 35 minutes, small for 20 minutes.
Bake large cottage or shepherds pie for 45 minutes, small for 30 minutes.
The above temperatures in Celcius and Fahrenheit are given for a cyclotherm oven. Oven temperatures vary from one oven to the next.  Cyclotherm ovens operate more efficiently that radiant ovens.  Please consult your oven manufacturer's manual.
