Cattle sired by Aberdeen Angus bulls are monitored from birth, and are subject to rigorous grading and inspection to ensure the quality Aberdeen Angus status. They are grass fed and are genuinely from Aberdeenshire. 

 

Meat is hung for 28 days, developing a superb texture and taste.
